Use the power bar to inject your penalty corner as fast as possible
Don’t go into the red or the injection will fail
Build your team and use different players to drag-out
Collect better sticks and shoes as you progress through the game to improve your injection

Swipe to flick the ball at goal – the angle of swipe controls the direction
The faster your swipe the harder the flick and the longer the swipe the higher the flick
So rifle one top bins or slide one into the bottom corner
Collect better sticks and shoes as you progress through the game to flick faster and more accurately

Hits
Drag down to bring up the power bar – the longer the bar the harder the strike
Move your finger left or right to aim the shot into the bottom corner
Get your hit off quickly before the runners charge you down
Collect better sticks and shoes as you progress through the game to hit harder
FLICK HIT AND DEFELCT
Use different in game controls to rifle your flick into the corner, rattle the backboard with a powerful strike or find your deflector sliding in to stick it top bins.
